NEW IT Support Procedure
We’ve recently added a new ticketing system to provide our clients with an easier way to contact our technicians and resolve problems quicker.
With this, we are changing the way that we handle support requests.
Simply send an email to email@example.com with your issue and your ticket will be received by our technicians. They will then communicate via the ticket, email, or telephone if necessary to resolve your issue.
You can also contact our technical support department by calling
(630) 413-1460. Simply leave a voice message and we will open a ticket under your account and get back to you.
We’ve put this system in place to better handle all of our clients’ IT needs promptly and efficiently.
